I'm teaming up with my friend and partner-in-crime Jen Wilking of Anatomy for Yogis for our third annual yoga retreat at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.

7:00 am to 7:45 am Class: Sunrise Stretch & Meditate
8:00 am - 9:15 am Class: 75 minute Vinyasa Yoga Class
9:30 am - 11:30 pm Workshop 1: The Neuromuscular System
11:30 pm break (lunch on your own, hot springs, hike, nap...)
2:30 pm - 4:30 pm Workshop 2: The Nervous System
4:45 pm - 5:45 pm optional one hour yin/restorative/yoga nidra practice
6:30 pm group dinner

Sunday
7:30 am to 8:15 am Class: Sunrise Stretch & Meditate
8:30 am - 9:45 am optional 75 minute vinyasa yoga class
10:00 am - 1:00 pm Workshop 3: The Cardiovascular & Respiratory Systems
1:00 pm Spa, Hot Springs, Hike, and depart at your leisure

All yoga classes are optional - take what fits your vision. If you bring a non-registered friend/family member, they may join the yoga classes on a space-available basis at no additional charge.


Retreat registrations are not refundable, however you may transfer your registration to another person. Lodging not included. You will be sent information about our reserved block of rooms upon registration.
