Like an air traffic controller, much of my work is observational, navigational, and directive.
(Even though I'm not flying any of the planes.)
It often involves keying into the purpose and the interpersonal dynamics and then speaking the right words.
I'm an anthropologist by training, who marvels at the ways in which systems of humans can work as an arrangement of sentient biological organisms who use language to navigate a world of mechanical infrastructure.
My dad calls me Spock.
Logic + emotion.
Humans orient on happiness and have immeasurable capacity to organize and innovate when they have the container and language to work together.
