Prenatal Yoga in Colorado Springs

With my friend Bea, I opened Enso Prenatal. Enso offers many prenatal yoga classes each week, as well as tons of other great offerings for the years surrounding birth.

Before you join:
- Discuss prenatal yoga with your care provider.
- Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and maybe a small snack. 
- Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to be barefoot.


What to Expect: 
- A private community limited to women at all stages of pregnancy.
- A variety of exercises to help you strengthen, relax, and breathe.
- Adapted poses to take to other yoga classes.
- A supportive space to connect with other mamas-to-be, find resources, and take a few minutes for yourself.
